Family Health Center-Waverly has been opened in the Waverly, Ohio area since 1969. Our first location was in the basement of the Pike Community Hospital providing Family Planning Services, then moved to North Street to a new facility. Once the move was made it was immediately apparent that the facility was too small for the services provided by the Family Health Center-Waverly. WIC is now located in this facility.

Family Health Center-Waverly, once again, moved to its current location at 227 Valleyview Drive near the Pike Community Hospital. Services for this site have expanded to prenatal care, family planning, family practice, pharmacy prescription plan, pediatric services, urgent care, minor procedures.
