Our Behavioral Health team consists of three qualified providers.

Dr. Lilly Kao, a board certified psychiatrist, joined the Family Health Center on July 1, 2003. She is practicing at the Waverly and Jackson facilities. Dr. Kao is Medicare and Medicaid approved.

Constance Riquelme, a board certified nurse practioner, joined the Family Health Center in September 2007. She is practicing at the Waverly and Jackson facilities. Constance is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

Anne Nickerson, a licensed supervising independent social worker and therapist, joined the Family Health Center in 2003. She is practicing at the Waverly and West Portsmouth facilities.

Our behavioral health services are also covered by our sliding fee scale.
