We have on staff, Dr. Lilly Kao, a board eligible psychiatrist who joined the Family Health Center, July 1, 2003. She is practicing at the Waverly & Jackson facilities. Dr. Kao is Medicare and Medicaid approved. This service is also covered by our sliding fee scale.
