Microenterprise/Small Business Lending Program
The Business Development Department manages a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF), designed to assist area small business owners in their effort to start-up or expand an existing small business. The RLF offers financing ranging from $200 to $250,000. The Business Development Department can be the sole lender of requests up to $50,000. Loans in excess of that amount require the participation of some other form of financing.
Individuals interested in accessing the RLF must submit a written business plan including cash flow projections, as well as pertinent personal financial information. Business Development Staff is available to assist individuals in their efforts to compile this data.
